I was hoping that Leprechaun would be a bit funnier, that it would be a bit more of a ride. But there are some pretty good horror ideas here, especially in terms of the killings. The film is bloody, but not outright brutal. After all, it's not as explicit as it could be. The film doesn't offend, but unfortunately, it doesn't delight either, because the combination of horror and comedy here is not very epochal. ()
