La famille Addams s’est agrandie avec la naissance de Pubert, troisième rejeton de Morticia et Gomez. Accueilli en grande pompe, ce fruit inespéré d’un brûlant amour présente déjà tous les signes distincts du clan : une attendrissante pâleur cadavérique, des cheveux de jais, une fine moustache qui remplit de fierté son père… Mais Mercredi et Pugsley apprécient moins l’arrivée de ce rival trop fêté et mettent tout en œuvre pour l’éliminer. With regard to the film, I'll start with a style question: Do you believe you can torture someone by making them watch Disney movies? I don't even want to imagine the agony Wednesday and her brother must have experienced. Yeah! I still get chills whenever I think about it. On the other hand, the memory of this quite entertaining film brings a smile to my lips. Charmingly morbid humour and superbly rendered characters, among whom Christina Ricci, as the endearingly dark and perpetually sullen Wednesday, stands out. Her mere presence among the overly positive staff at the summer camp is hilarious. ......”Wednesday's at that very special age when a girl has only one thing on her mind.” - “Boys?” - “Homicide.” :)
