Hama, along with his assistant Michio, spends his time collecting electronic junk from other people's garbage and junk yards. When he finds a kotatsu heater (a portable table heater commonly used in Japan) he considers himself a lucky man. When Hama removes a sacred seal from the heater, it turns into a man-eating machine wreaking havoc and eliminating the other tenants in the apartment building including members from a punk rock band.
