Alive

From the director of Versus, Azumi & Midnight Meat Train, Alive is a live-action sci-fi horror-fest. Tenshu survives his own execution and then is given the choice between another death sentence or submitting himself for a series of bizarre experiments. Choosing the latter he finds himself in a cell with a convicted rapist and a woman infected with an alien that can move with ease from host to host. (StudioCanal)
