In this knuckle-biting thriller, Eva (Trudie Styler) is trapped in her Los Angeles apartment, terrorized by a deadly, hormonally berserk African snake planted by her estranged husband, Gene (Gregg Henry). Henry is cleverly diabolical as a bad guy that Variety calls a "pleasure to hate".
