(Gaumont)

anglais Traditional animated adventure based on the 1966 album "Asterix in Britain". Or Asterix, Obelix, Idefix, Astrix and a keg of magic drink on the go. It's nice, it's fine. The Brits can't cook, the Celts are all cousins and that's that :) ()

anglais Fantastic! This is exactly what true animated entertainment should look like. If the poor Gauls had any idea how the Brits can spoil even a delicious boar, they would not have gone to their aid at all. Fortunately, they didn't and I was able to witness not only a series of unforgettable catchphrases and fights, but even the toughest rugby match in history, which I will truly never forget. ()

anglais Another one of my favorite Asterix films, mainly because they beautifully poke fun at the Britons throughout the whole movie. It's funny, it breaks stereotypes, and moreover, it still has a story where the Romans fit in nicely, and the whole narrative is essentially a celebration of food and drink, even if it might be a celebration in a somewhat negative sense of the word.
