Art photographer Shawn Burnett reluctantly agrees to move to a rural farmhouse to help his wife, Helen, recover from the loss of their still-born baby. Shawn begins experiencing unsettling events surrounding an old cabin on the property. At first skeptical of a local legend regarding the cabin's history, he soon becomes convinced that the farm is haunted. Freemind accurately describes my feelings towards this film. It’s a shame that, even though they managed to disguise their pauper budget so the result wouldn’t look amateurish a mile away, the creators could not pick a better premise than “ghost in a hut” (it’s impossible not to think about Jacob from Lost).
