Christening

The film is sets in a turbulent time of December 1981. Marianne, the devout Catholic, decides to use the baptising of her youngest grandson reconcile her feuding children. Her plan is interrupted by general Wojciech Jaruzelski, who declares martial law. Desperate Marianne does not want to give up from her plans, so she decides to hide the truth about the political situation from the others. However, a seemingly small lie starts an avalanche of unexpected events that will be very difficult to stop. (3Kino Fest)
