Aaron (Steve Sandvoss), jeune mormon, débarque de son Idaho natal pour prêcher à Los Angeles avec deux autres compagnons. Il n'a encore aucune idée des épreuves qui l'y attendent. Christian (Wes Ramsey), son voisin, un gay volage pensant davantage à combler ses sens qu'à trouver un sens à sa vie, a lancé un pari auprès de ses collègues: dévergonder un de ces jeunes prédicateurs.
