Ben Stiles loves to play scary tricks on people. And after getting expelled from prep school, he has even more time to devote to such shenanigans. When he and his friend Katherine decide to transform spooky, abandoned Warwick House into a haunted house, he doesn't take into account that the ramshackle old place may not need his help!
