anglais A mystical slasher from Colombian mythology about a sacred artifact (a skull) that possesses someone and they embark on a bloodthirsty revenge in the metropolis of Sao Paulo. It has a 1980s vibe and looks quite cheap, but the make-up effects and the gore deserve praise, as there is plenty of it and it's really intense, definitely not for the faint of heart (strangling a man with his own intestines or cutting a half-naked woman from the neck to the waist is not everyone's cup of tea). It's a shame that the film offers nothing else besides gore, so if you are not specifically looking for it, you might as well not waste your time with this movie. For its few decent shots, the antagonist, and the Colombian mythological touch, I give it three stars.
