In this season, COVID-19 causes all kinds of havoc among the South Park community. As the virus spreads, Randy (voice of Parker), is desperate to cover up his involvement in the intial outbreak. When the vaccine finally arrives, availability issues plague the town, causing Kyle (Stone), Stan and Cartman (both voiced by Parker) to put aside their differences and try and distribute the vaccine to the masses.
