A Life for the Self-Taught

Forty-year-old Klara's husband gives her a nice surprise when, instead of celebrating their 15th anniversary, he announces that he wants to take a break. The loss of existing certainties and a bucket of mojito will provide Klára with a bottom from which she can bounce back. She throws herself into the unpredictable world of dating and dating sites and starts her life anew as a single mum - because life doesn't end at forty, let alone after divorce. The star-studded romantic comedy adapting the popular book by Barbora Šťastná entertains above all with the main character's self-irony and her inner monologue. (Finále Plzeň)
