Are currently the best you can find in today’s German cinema. Unfortunately, it’s not that great to see them in a film with such an extremely unpleasant premise. Conning ordinary people is something any low degenerate can do, and making films about it is not much fun, no matter how hard the Germans tried to make it look otherwise. (27/04/2020)

Depuis The Reader, David Kross a mûri et s’est endurci au point qu’il peut maintenant jouer l’équivalent allemand du « loup de Wall Street ». Une histoire douce-amère sur un arnaqueur de petit calibre mais très futé, son ami, sa femme rusée elle aussi, ainsi que sur ce que le capitalisme offre de plus pourri. Du très bon cinéma allemand.
