Simone – Stories in Train Transfer Station

Simone’s date is late and she’s left waiting for what seem like hours. We enter Simone’s imagination. Here, André and other males figures appear as stereotypes in history, her memory and her present. Her imagination and the exasperation of waiting intersect. Simone releases her anguish to be how she is- a strong, independent Black Woman. (San Francisco Latino Film Festival)
