anglais A punk, a Rastafarian and a junkie go to Cannes… That’s not the beginning of a joke, but the content of this documentary about artistic ambitions and conquering the stronghold guarded by such sharks as Harvey Scissorhands. He’s the one the filmmakers want to buttonhole. They could win the Palme d’Or every year if they had as much talent and good judgment as they have cheekiness. Some passages are stylised as silent slapstick or crazy comedy, which best captures the film’s ambition. No deep analysis, just fast, anarchistic and simple entertainment. ()
