David Sloane a cessé toute compétition de kick boxing depuis la mort de ses deux frères, Kurt et Eric, sauvagement massacrés par Tong Po, une sombre brute thaïlandaise. Il est néanmoins forcé de remonter sur le ring pour sauver son gymnase de la faillite. Après sa victoire, le manager de son adversaire se venge en incendiant la salle de sport. Sasha Mitchell isn't JCVD, but he managed to really immerse himself in the role, even though you probably won't believe his mentoring role at such a young age. The story is quite classic, but I can't say it's boring. There is the idea of the rich and evil against the poorer but richer in heart. Third Sloan is also driven by a certain desire for revenge, but mainly the effort to prove that honor has its place and its meaning. Why fight when you can teach? He will have to answer that question himself. It's a nice movie, but that's about it.
