"The Howling 4" is definitely the weakest installment in the whole series so far, in every aspect. We've already gotten used to the fact that it may not be groundbreaking in terms of plot, but the minimum amount of special effects scenes and some masks that seemed more like an obligation rather than a genuine effort to show anything, seemed a bit too much to me. A film about werewolves essentially without werewolves, and also lacking any better idea.
