(Gaumont)

anglais A fresh summer French comedy with the popular Christian Clavier. While it's noticeable that the quality isn't as high as it used to be, and Ibiza in particular is aimed more at 30 year olds and up, it's still a very classy diversion set in a wild scene of drugs, electronic music and seductive half-naked women. Some of the jokes are funny and Clavier is traditionally solid. 65%. ()

anglais How nice it was. :) Nothing complicated, nothing fancy, basically no plot, but I laughed at pretty regular intervals so I don't see why I should be upset about a bland script. The style of humor suited me, and that's enough for me in this genre. Plus, I've seen so many lukewarm pieces under the "comedy" banner that I consider this above average by my standards, 3.5 stars. anglais I usually find French comedies very entertaining, but this one really failed in my opinion. I probably didn't laugh once while watching the movie, which is probably not because I lost my sense of humor. The whole thing gives the impression that the filmmakers wanted to enjoy a nice holiday in Ibiza, occasionally taking the camera out of its case to do some filming to save face. (25%) ()
