Skeletons in the Closet

The American film Chop Shop is an example of how ideas in horror are pretty much exhausted, but filmmakers aren't afraid to recycle them over and over again, perhaps in the hope that they'll take a different approach, or that they'll stand out a little. Unfortunately, they don't stand out much in Chop Shop. The filmmakers do a pretty good job in places, but some of the parts are rather weaker in terms of plot, they end suddenly and you don't get any special experience out of it. (03/05/2019)
