anglais The fatal Pola Negri, the young Emil Jannings, and the mischievous Harry Liedtke in Lubitsch's Egyptian adventure, which is implemented mainly with the help of two real palm trees and magnificent oriental and urban interiors. Long live the inclination of the drama of the German Empire. ;) Coincidentally, the atmosphere of Mummy Ma is very reminiscent of the famous A Fool There Was with Theda Bara (which was also a blast). Basically, I really like getting a taste of the Orient in the 1910s and 1920s. The special effects are great, the melodrama pulsating, and there are numerous changes of scenery and artistic stunts. I can’t help but recommend it. ()
