Just when I thought the second season was hitting its stride, the creators throw me a curveball. Two out of the last three episodes left much to be desired. I can forgive a bit of illogical storytelling, but this whole immortality angle is really pushing it. It's one thing for a character to seemingly die and then miraculously return once, but the third time around (yes, I'm counting Dean), it's starting to feel like a tired old trope.
