Lilly Kent, a famous actress, heads out to Palm Springs. Things aren’t going well; her boyfriend has broken things off, she has a meltdown during a press junket, and to top it all off she’s about to spend the holiday weekend with her eccentric family. Alone in the kitchen she considers taking her life. It’s at that precise moment when Fritz, a complete stranger, walks in and startles her, causing the two to faint. He’s lost his luggage, his pants, and apparently walked into the wrong house. When the two regain their consciousness Lilly’s family walks in. Her brother - a self-help book writer with writer's block and his frustrated wife. Her cousin equipped with New Age wisdom, endless optimism, and her auteur husband struggling with his masterpiece. And then there’s Lilly, who inexplicably introduces Fritz to everyone as her boyfriend and asks him to stay with her for the weekend. Together they’ll need to come up with how they met, fell in love, oh and find Fritz a pair of pants. (Gravitas Ventures)

anglais A group of unknown actors doesn't do much, they just talk and behave strangely. But I can't help it, I simply enjoyed this group. It was as if every actor was somehow mysteriously pleasant and I enjoyed their presence. Or at the very least, it didn't bother me at all. For such a small film, it was quite nice. ()
