Delicate Balance

José Mújica's, former president of Uruguay, words about the "value of life" against the "market interests" vertebrate - as a lapidary humanist leitmotiv - the intertwining of different stories shot in Morocco, Spain and Japan. The conflicts its characters live are a direct consequence of the capitalist system, whose excesses have promoted the today ruling inequality as source of many of our present day troubles. Even if the stories have their own protagonists, they become universal as the film progresses. Its sequences are slices of life. Each shot is an image of reality, and its well-documented storytelling, the subjective vision of the topics presented: a critical magnifying glass on the problems and follows the thread to their possible origin.
