When Jonas Ambler, American business boy wonder, throws a benefit affair for Iraqi dissident author Mohammed Majdi on Ambler's yacht, the party is attacked by a group of Commando terrorists, led by Colonel Vasili Borfchenko. Majdi is slaughtered, Ambler is wounded, and his wife Jennifer, mercilessly executed. Bent on revenge, Ambler turns for help to Alex Hawks, former commander of NATO's Special Operations Team.
