Suivant l'exemple de Jackie Kennedy et allant contre son gouvernement, Élisabeth choisit une approche peu conventionnelle pour résoudre un problème avec le Ghana. (Netflix)

I really enjoyed the eighth episode, there was a return to foreign policy, the big players this time were dividing Africa, and the creators impressed me twice. Firstly, they cast Dexter in the role of JFK, which completely threw me off for a moment, and secondly, I appreciated that they avoided using the notoriously known shots from the assassination. ()
Masterful political tension, a tug of war and a clash of two different ideologies and cultures of the top leaders of one of the oldest countries in the world versus the most powerful. Great portrayal of the influence of women and their ability to pull a crowd and individuals together. I do have some reservations about the style in which JFK was portrayed and especially acted, but that's secondary. ()
