Tabi machi Late Show

I found the first episode very impressive and thought it was above-average. Given the animation style, the anime's creators portrayed quite a lot in the first episode considering how short it was. Within a few minutes, there was some depth of emotion, likable characters, and the whole thing felt very enjoyable and interesting. The second episode did not engage me as much; I did not like the characters as much during those few minutes, I did not feel the depth of it as I did with the first episode, and I just survived rather than enjoyed it. The third episode was more interesting for me, the narrative had a slight touch of mystery, and I liked the conclusion. I was quite satisfied with this. The fourth episode was quite endearing and had a charming ending. All in all, it was an above-average experience, even though somehow I do not see it getting four stars, although it was not bad. 6.4/10. (11/01/2016)
