Silent Talker

Burma is experiencing unprecedented openness in information, people, things and ideas. Censorship of books and print has nearly been eliminated, foreign tourists are pouring into the country, and the number of cars in Rangoon has multiplied many time over. Using fragments of conversations with the director's friends, poets, artists and philosophers, this essay attempts to reflect on the current situation.
