Documentaire / Court métrage
États-Unis, 1903, 3 min

The film was meant as an experiment in time-lapse photography, but thanks to a mechanical defect the result is a visually engrossing, rhythmically blurred picture of Manhattan where we can see the outlines of several large factories. Shot from a moving boat, the camera captures a sped-up impressionistic picture of the urban metropolis. (Ji.hlava International Documentary Film Festival)
