The Plan

Documentary observes changes in Prague's Spatial Development Plan originally designed when former Prague Major Pavel Bém was in power. The Plan has been eventually canceled in 2010 and replaced with new, so called "Metropolitan Spatial Development Plan". (texte officiel du distributeur)
