The Little Ghost lives in the castle and he awakens for precisely one hour after the clock strikes midnight. It’s a good family film. Together with The Little Witch and the new Krabat, The Little Ghost is among the best of the tributes to Otfried Preußler that have been made in Germany in recent years. A funny, sweet, playful adventure that will have you opening the book of the same name at night before bed. Perhaps the edition with the original illustrations.
