The quality went down against Halloween, but I counted on it and the humor level was still kept high by two constants for me: Captain Holt and Rosa. Every character flaw pleases the captain and Rosa simply always faces challenges head-on... Figuratively speaking. // "That imbecile with a hat messed things up and fished out bacon from the people."
