Gadjo (S02E02)

Having found himself in a pressing situation, the director decides to personally experience living within the Roma minority. He rents a one-room flat in the quarter of Předlice in Ústí nad Labem and starts a friendship with a nice local family. He keeps confronting his sceptical parents with his first-hand experience, until he finally invites them into the community of his new acquaintances to celebrate his thirtieth birthday... The documentary journal – shot without the typical crew – also captures the anti-Roma convictions and racist demonstrations which contrast with the positive experiences that the outgoing "gadjo" has in the ghetto of the allegedly "asocial".
