FilmACTIVISM looks at an important component of civil society, NGOs, which are based on ideals and often focus on issues ignored by politicians and the world of commerce. At the same time, they are dependent on funding from the government and sponsors, and are not immune to internal conflict. The film spent four years following the New World Society in the Estonian capital of Tallinn. (Ji.hlava International Documentary Film Festival)
