Winnetou - Das Geheimnis vom Silbersee (E02)

This new retelling of the adventurous treasure hunt at Silver Lake tastefully follows the events that Old Shatterhand experienced when he first came to America. His romance with Nscho-tschi, his brotherhood with Winnetou, and his relationship with the white people develop. Sam Hawkens is becoming a genuinely interesting person and not just the comic character he used to be with Harald Reinl. A pleasant episode. (21/01/2017)

I think the first film was better. What bothered me about this episode was that Silver Lake was the least interesting of all, and what's worse, the finale in the cave was so weak and the shootout so lame. Otherwise, though, a lot of things were fine, from the actors to the cute humor, and I'm looking forward to the next story. (14/01/2017)
