anglais The trailer that ran in cinemas before the movie was released was great. It got me and my girlfriend excited to see it. However, as is often the case, a great trailer often means that you have already seen the best scenes and in the cinema, you only get a much longer version of the trailer, which is significantly more boring. I'm not saying that I didn't laugh out loud during the movie, but if I did, Chris Rock was always involved. That guy can make me laugh. Keeping up with the pace of his speech is very demanding, but if you succeed, it's worth it. It's as if he is the only one with slightly different dialogues than the others. He was truly funny, something that other characters lacked. Anna Kendrick and her partner were there just to give the movie a sadder feel, while Jennifer Lopez and Rodrigo Santoro undergo the adoption of an African child, which, with all due respect, looks like a farce. The other dads are quite attractive, as are the mothers. Except for Cameron Diaz, whom I don't like purely on principle. That woman annoys me from the first sight. Elizabeth Banks and her partner Ben Falcone draw a lot of attention, they are truly enjoyable to watch. Although I don't particularly like Elizabeth either, her character is so unsympathetic that it becomes sympathetic. She and Ben are not a perfect match, and yet you are willing to believe that it could work in reality. The movie falls short because it has a great source material, which failed to be translated into the movie in a way that the sad moments didn't strike you in the face and the humor was truly funny. It's a shame because the cast was well chosen and it could have been even more uproarious. More: http://www.filmovy-denik.cz/2012/09/jeden-den-jak-porodit-oliver-twist-wall.html ()

anglais An incredibly sentimental film, which I only gave a chance to because of the large number of familiar faces in it. I probably shouldn't have done that because the final exuberant positivity left a negative mark on me. Not to mention that there were plenty of lame jokes too. (35%) ()
