Jim Cavanaugh is a shy suburban New Jersey teenager. His mom left when he was a child and his father is an ass. The unrelenting psychotic domination of his redneck dad forces Jim to search out his long lost mother. "The Mother's Day Massacre" is a terrible trash, a terrible movie, and definitely a terrible horror film. You won't find anything scary or shocking here. So in the end, you wonder what was the point of making this film. You won't find anything perverted or fear-inducing here. It's really just about someone filming something for their own enjoyment and having the stupid idea of showing it to other people.
