Alzheimer's is a cruel disease and the film "Quicksand" showcases it fully. It shows it with a human and cruel face at the same time. It is the story of just one person, but it can essentially be related to anyone. Every illness is bad, some worse than others, but it is always up to the person how much they will be able to cope with it. Some people are their own heroes.
