anglais Bruce Wayne returns to familiar places, Jim Gordon starts a new job, and both of them already suspect that the next year of their lives will be anything but easy. The original showed Gotham as a city of filth, corruption, and mafia, and unlike later adventures of the Batman, it completely did without the supernatural, super-strong enemies, or disfigured villains. Year One operates purely on a criminal-dramatic level, and its animated adaptation even surpasses its source material. In the comic, despite Miller's otherwise illustrious storytelling, the plot sometimes got lost between individual dialogues and monologues, while the hour-long film creates a much more cohesive impression and allows the unfriendly city to truly get under the heroes' skin. anglais It's good for a single watch, and it's a great idea to track the whole year using individual dates from the calendar. Fans of James Gordon will be on the fence, and I have a bit of a problem with this version of Catwoman (she's not sexy and so far she's too stupid). However, if you're still in the mood for a Batman original, definitely see this one. ()
