Godforsaken

Based on the actual case of the youthful "Venlo Gang," GODFORSAKEN (VAN GOD LOS) is a Dutch crime drama about a slow spiral into the irredeemable underworld. Stan is a disaffected teenager, bored at home and at school. The release of his friend Maikel from prison affords him an opportunity to add some excitement to his life. The pair plan on robbing a local drug-dealer, but the heist goes horribly wrong. Intrigued by the two youthful criminals, the local crime boss hires them for a series of increasingly violent jobs. But Maikel's uncontrollable temper and the increasing attraction between Stan and Maikel's girlfriend Anna spells disaster for them all. (texte officiel du distributeur)
