Sister Mei (Jacqueline Wu Chien-Lien), the most skilled assassin in Hong Kong, is also desperately lonely. Her secretive lifestyle makes romantic entanglements very dangerous. The only person she has regular contact with is her boss, an aunt who rescued her from a poverty-stricken childhood in Cambodia. When she strikes up a potentially romantic friendship with a noodle vendor, pressure comes in the form of a handsome fellow assassin who is out to kill her as revenge for her shooting of his boss.
