I definitely didn't have to think about the rating here. The episode started off great, and the script worked perfectly throughout the rest of the plot, so I enjoyed it till the end. Haley was once again magical, especially when she unwrapped the gift, but most of the episode was stolen by Jay and Phil's shared moments. // "Just a moment, would you like to show your IDs?" "Sorry, but we don't have any senior discounts." / "I've already lived my life, so I can easily crash into the wall."
