In 1921, young Russian poet Anna Barkova was predicted a great career. Just a few years on, the young woman is crowding in a cargo train going to the steppes of Kazakhstan. It is not going to be her only journey like that and not her last camp. (Summer Film School)

anglais Aneta Langer is not an actress, but that's exactly what the film needed. She's good here. The music is also good, but otherwise it's an experimental film that consists of eight chapters, essentially chapters where it focuses a little bit on the fate of the Russian poet, but also on her poems. The experimental form didn't really work for me, and I think it could have been more plot-driven. ()
