Most people seemed to like it, so maybe it's just me, but this episode fell flat for my taste. The creators didn't make the most of the entire main cast, the humor didn't quite match the level of the previous one, and truth be told, the only scene that got a chuckle out of me was when Abed and Troy were goofing around. Not enough to fill up a twenty-minute slot. / Lesson learned: Even though basic military service isn't a thing anymore, some of the lessons I picked up still hold true today. Never volunteer. That's one of them.
