Craig (Jesse Metcalfe, Desperate Housewives) and Elise (Erika Christensen, Swimfan, Flightplan) had all the ingredients for an ideal life: a happy marriage, successful careers, and a wonderful five-year-old son named Ben. Until, one summer day, their perfect world is shattered as Craig witnesses Ben's kidnapping from their front yard. Their hope soon turns to despair when Ben is found dead. Guilt ridden beyond words, Elisa is unable to forgive Craig and leaves him.
