I was surprised at how good and absurd this film is. If only it had ended about half an hour earlier, it would have been great because the way it dragged on after the death of one of the characters just felt like a stretched-out mess, diluting what had been quite good until then, to be blunt. Towards the end, it becomes grotesquely sad and less biting.
