Critiques (2)
Anyone who enters the Minotaur's forbidden chamber must die! If only it were from laughter rather than boredom. The only sharp thing here is Peter Cushing's cheekbones. The cultists, instead of wearing Satan’s pajamas, don satin ones, and Theseus Pleasence acts as if he's constantly under the influence of Metaxa. Occasionally, a furry crotch or a Bee Gees singer makes an appearance, and the Van Helsing-style ending only brings about a bemused sigh, wondering why you didn’t let go of Ariadne’s thread long ago. What else can you expect from a film where the beast of Greek mythology blows its nose? ()
