1940. Après des années d’exil, Max Manus revient dans son pays occupé par les Nazis. Capturé par la Gestapo, il réussit à s'échapper et rejoint la Résistance. Max Manus and the hard life of the Resistance. Although it’s nicely uncompromising, when most of the scenes are about people getting better acquainted with each other, then there’s something wrong. And when any real suspense and fear for the characters is lacking, then in this genre you are totally up the creek. The best in la Résistance pictures are found somewhere else (specifically here and here).
