anglais "After a night out, for unknown reasons, he shone a light on the castle, then got into the collective farm, slightly damaged a tractor and dropped a pigeon house on himself." I have absolutely no idea why this successful comedy is still being talked about and written about, that it was influenced or even limited by the time of its creation. I don't know, maybe I'm just not looking for it and therefore I don't see it, but for me, When the Woman Butts In is one of Zdeněk Podskalský's most enjoyable films, in which the civil Miroslav Horníček and the devilishly seductive Jana Hlaváčová provide the story and Vlastimil Brodský and Jiří Sovák (and Rudolf Hrušínský) the comedy. I always have a good time. ()

anglais Miroslav Horníček and Jana Hlaváčová are the two reasons why this film is worth seeing even years later and why it has a certain value. The screenplay is otherwise quite average and even Zdeněk Podskalský's direction didn't significantly improve it. Miroslav Horníček's acting range has always been limited, as he was mainly an excellent narrator and author. However, this role suited him and I think it's his second-best performance. And the young Hlaváčová was full of energy and devilish charm. It has decent dialogue and is definitely an above-average comedy of its time. Overall impression: 55%. ()
