anglais Classic American romantic comedy. Two people - a man and a woman - have known each other almost their entire lives. As friends, they get along perfectly, but it's not until quite late that they realize they could be together. When she thinks about it, he's not interested, and when he finally realizes it, she finds someone new in Scotland. The film is actually an apology for destroying someone else's life, especially as long as I am happy. I don't know what kind of strange values Hollywood is trying to present to us. To pursue one's presumed happiness despite all obstacles. Not to care about others, but simply to run over everyone like a tank and go get what is chosen. Besides, it's great to have a male bridesmaid. The film tries to captivate with original elements, which the creators try to wrap the story in, but it's so cliché and unoriginal that it's not nice at all. I don't know why, but I don't believe Patrick Dempsey's crash. Michelle Monaghan is great as always, only her character is sometimes completely unstable. I don't know what to think about this movie actually. Why does it try so hard to be interesting when it actually isn't? And why do people believe it? Do we really only need to watch the same thing over and over again, with the difference that we watch Scots in their costumes for a few minutes and are offered a short excursion into their customs? If that's enough for us, then we deserve such movies. Less money, less music, but who says a symphony has to be played every time? anglais The best experiences are the ones you don't expect. It had all the indications of disinterest, but it ended up being an enjoyable fandom film, or a cross between Patrick Dempsey (Grey's Anatomy), Kevin McKidd (Rome), Busy Philipps (Cougar Town), Kelly Carlson (Nip/Tuck), Jaime Ray Newman (Eastwick) and Kevin Sussman (The Big Bang Theory). Well played. ()

anglais I'm just somehow charmed by the combination of the weird Michelle Monaghan and the likeable Patrick Dempsey. Scotland was a great breath of fresh air, the plot was predictable but good... almost 4 stars. ()
